Basic Holiday Plan

Small to mid-sized homes with simple lighting needs (roofline, front windows).

  • Initial consultation and design tailored to the home.

  • Professional installation of roofline and front-facing lighting.

  • Safe and efficient removal of all lights after the holiday season.

  • Storage of lights and accessories in a climate-controlled facility.

Basic Holiday: $950 + HST

Standard Holiday Plan

Medium to larger homes with more detailed lighting needs.

  • More detailed lighting, covering rooflines, pathways, and select landscape features (e.g., shrubs, small trees).

  • Complete setup of lights, including custom electrical connections (timers, extension cords).

  • Up to (1) visits for adjustments and repairs.

  • Safe and efficient removal of all lights after the holiday season.

  • Storage of lights and accessories in a climate-controlled facility.

  • Includes replacement of a portion of the lights every 3–4 years to ensure a fresh, modern display.

Standard Holiday: $1440 + HST

Premium Holiday Plan

Larger homes, estates, or commercial properties that want a high-end, all-inclusive lighting experience.

  • Initial consultation and design tailored to the home.

  • Comprehensive installation with the highest level of detail, including rooflines, landscaping, and trees

  • (2) service calls to ensure lights remain perfect throughout the season.

  • Safe and efficient removal of all lights after the holiday season.

  • Storage of lights and accessories in a climate-controlled facility.

  • Includes replacement of a portion of the lights every 3–4 years to ensure a fresh, modern display.
